In creation there is predominance of the two states. Whether we call it as lower or higher nature or the Supreme and the nature or sentient or insentient-it is all the same. Where the association is with the Lord there will be divine qualities! But where the embodied being is deluded by the attraction of the insentient nature, demoniac estates will exert their influence. That is why the Blessed Lord says-The chapter is of the classification of the divine and demoniac qualities. The Krishna of the Gita desires to put the correct picture in front of us all. Both the sides are clearly presented. The mixture of divine and demoniac inclinations is possible to find in more or less degree in all embodied beings. But the power of discrimination is just with human beings. He can avoid the demoniac propensities and can devote himself to divine good qualities. But if he does not utilize his birth for this purpose, due to ignorance if he lives his life indiscriminately, then the opposite direction will commence; in that context the Lord is saying-hear from me about the demoniac qualities Parth!
