Verse 13
🕉 Original Sanskrit Shloka
gāmāviśya ch bhūtāni dhārayāmyahamojasā
puşņāmi chuşadhīḥ sarvāḥ somo bhūtvā rasātmakaḥ
🕉 English Translation
Prithvi mein pravesh karta hun jab,
Toh dharan kaun apni shakti se sab.
Ras roop ban chand bharta hun mai,
Shakti, vanaspatiyan jitni bhi hain.

English
I with My power enter the earth and sustain all beings and becoming the sapful som (moon) I nourish all plants and herbs.
See any form of the universe and any sphere! The essence is that at the root of it all is the Supreme. The reason is also clear; He is the sole power of consciousness. Five Elements, beings or anything necessary for them whatever it may be; He is the consciousness of all. Just as the light of the sun is from Him, similar is the case here in the context of the earth!
The earth in itself is not sentient. But whatever seeds are sown in her, who is behind the sprouting and blossoming of it all? Below the earth is water, all around is water; sometimes the water is in excess of the earth; even then the earth is secure, does not get submerged in water-due to whom? The Blessed Lord Himself says-I am the power which supports the earth. The sap which is in the plants (wheat, gram, pulses, etc.) is due to the moon; but in the form of the moon it is the Lord actually who circulates the sap. He is the basic source of the sap; just He, He is the sole factor!
After stating His own power as being the sustainer of the sun, moon, fire and earth, Lord Shri Krishna is further making the importance of that power in the bodies of beings as inspiration-
