nabhaḥsprśam diptamanekavarņam vyättänanam dīptaviśalanetram

Kayi roop jo chhu rahein hain aakash,
Mukh phaila ankon mein hai prakash.
Yeh dekh aap a roop darr mai raha,
Na shanti na dhairya mujhme raha.
Because O Lord! On seeing You with Your form touching heaven, shining and with many hues, with mouth wide open, with radiant large eyes, my inmost self is in a terrified state, I find no steadiness and peace.

With physical eyes only the sky appears to be all-encompassing. If you look upwards as far as you can see, the sky is the limit. Arjun is viewing this massive form of the Lord extending till the sky! He is in front of Him but so boundless and pervasive, touching the sky, with many colours as if all the hues and colours are emanating from Him and are also dissolving in Him. Mouth is wide open as if he wants to draw in all within Himself. Enormous eyes are completely glowing-
Arjun's impatience and anguish is growing. Arjun had expressed his desire to see the universal form of the Lord but he did not expect that in this massive form he would get see such fierceness as well.
