Verse 9

II Sanjaya uvaacha II
evamuktvā tato rājan mahāyogeśvaro hariņ
darśayāmāsa pārthāya paramam rūpamaiśvaram
🕉 English Translation
Yeh dekh kar ab yun Sanjay bole,
Rajan! Usi wakt Bhagwan se.
Dekhlaya Arjun ko swarup woh,
Aishwarya prabhav se yukta jo.

Sanjay said:
O King! Having spoken thus the Lord of Yoga, Lord Krishna, showed His divine form full of supreme majestic glory.
Arjun was blessed with the divine sight by the Lord and he was able to behold the Lord's vast divine form. Sanjay is already having this divine sight. When the background of the Mahabharata was prepared then the great sage Vedvyas had come to Dhritrashtra for this very divine sight so that he might view all the happenings of Mahabharata war directly in front of himself. On denial by Dhritrashtra and on his request, this vision was bestowed on Sanjay by the great sage Vyas. Great sage Vyas was a perfected saint and was also a partial incarnation of the Lord, and was competent to grant this sight. Sanjay with the aid of this divine sight is giving a vivid description to Dhritrashtra of that cosmic form which the Lord is showing Arjun:
The science of today can take pride in new inventions and in the ever new facilities provided to the society; but see here! The scientific experience of the Indian traditions of sages! The scene of a particular place is being beheld elsewhere and a vivid description is being given about it too. That is why our sages have been called the visionaries of the age and also the seers of the mantras.
Further more, Sanjay, through the grace provided by the sage, is relating to Dhritrashtra the live commentary of the cosmic form of the Lord. Read, hear and if possible at the same time try to imbibe the emotions in yourself:
